QNX 2 ETHERNET Drivers

ETHdrv is an ETHERNET driver for the WD8003 and SMC8016 adapters that works on QNX 2. It supports TCP/IP, ARP, ICMP and UDP. The driver can be started in promiscuous mode.

PCNETdrv is an ETHERNET driver for the AMD PCNET family of controllers that works on QNX 2. It supports TCP/IP, ARP, ICMP and UDP.  This driver features exceptional performance.

A Built-in ASCII logger implements a convenient packet sniffer with time stamp accuracy of 1 ms.

A built-in limited service (one client at a time) TFTP Server will transfer your files (both binary and ASCII) over to WINDOWS.

A TFTP Client program allows to automate file transfers from the WINDOWS side.

The TCP driver is implemented as a separate module. It comes with a small utility to test TCP connections. A standard PING program is also provided.

ETHqip can be coupled to the ETH drivers for point to point QIP connections over ETHERNET. Thus two QNX 2 ArcNet networks can be easily bridged over ETHERNET.
